Orders
How do I place an order?
Very simple:
- Add your favorite products to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your details and complete the payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please email us as soon as
possible at info@tresado.com.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the weight or size of your order. You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your payment.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Netherlands: 3-5 business days.
- Europe: 5-10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 7-21 business days.
Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
If you're ordering from outside the EU, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow the delivery progress.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Send us an email at info@tresado.com. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a label if applicable.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the item is faulty or incorrect: we cover the return shipping.
- If you're returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind): return shipping is at your expense.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Haven’t received it after 15 business days? Let us know.

Check your tracking code first. If there’s still no update within the expected delivery window, email us and we’ll help resolve it.
